Growing up, Martin Sanchez was fascinated with the sky and airplanes, hoping he will become a pilot one day. Still, digital media and design came “more natural” to him, and he ended up getting graphic design and UI/UX video game design diploma. That, however, didn’t mean he has abandoned his love for the sky completely.
Sanchez ended up obtaining drone pilot license and decided to combine drone technology with his artistic tendencies. He is now using drones to create impressive “visual drone art,” which combines visual performances and aerial photography.
“The idea behind it is laying on the ground and performing a visual performance as the drone points down and takes a picture.” – says Sanchez. “This for me is truly the creative side of drones.”
