Technical innovations never seize to amaze us. We made one step further with 3-D printing which gives us the opportunity to make various things, from human bones to small house appliances faster than ever.

Now we will present you a printed house that you can build in 24 hours and pay no more than $10,000 for. Every person would immediately ask how that can be possible, but there are usually simple ways to make something unbelievably complex.

The real innovation that comes with this marvelous achievement isnโ€™t the structure or materials, but the way the building was designed. The special design made it possible for its parts to be 3-D printed and built up in no more than 24 hours.

ICON, the company which builds these houses, claims that parts for this house can be printed by a Vulcan 3-D printer in 12 to 24 hours using the most common building material on Earth. The companyโ€™s co-founders told The Verge that this house will be used as an office for the immediate future so that its performance can be checked.

Nikolas Bentel reimagined the plain ol’ blackboard chalk and created a new series of Chalk Drawers. With his designs, you can create patterns like circles, lines, and dots in no time.

Thanks to 3D printing and a quinary number system, Bentel’s chalks can be used accurately and precisely for any metric system. They are also perfect for drawing staff lines for music. Here’s how they look.
