31-year-old Andreas Vrontis isn’t an ordinary tattoo artist. This young man from Cyprus has a unique style: he uses computer codes to make his tattoos.

With the help of combined symbols, signs and letters the remarkable images are born. He draws people, mostly celebrities, animals and fictional characters from movies, shows, and cartoons.

This award-winning tattoo artist has been working for eight years now, however, the ASCII portrait technique has only recently been discovered by him. Andreas’s father was his first model; he drew on him two praying hands by using only a computer code. He was anonymous until 2015 when he tattooed a portrait of John Lennon which made him world famous.

Check out Vrontis’s digital portrait realism, where the patient is the key and no errors are allowed.
