Have you ever thought about how some things are invented, like example erasers? Well, the mastermind behind this stationery supply was an English engineer named Edward Nairne. For 250 years it has been countlessly changing shapes and sizes, however, it has one flaw; you couldn’t see what you are rubbing out. Until now!

A Japanese stationery brand called Seed, which has been in business for more than a century, created a brilliant design; a see-through eraser. They came up with the idea five years ago, however, they wanted to maximize their product before releasing it and to produce material that erases while maintaining some kind of transparency without falling apart.

The transparent eraser named Clear Radar erases pencil lines with maximum precision and it’s the perfect tool for everyone; from kids to professional artists.

The product comes in two sizes and can be found in stationery stores across Japan. Fingers crossed they start shipping worldwide, as well.
