]]> Argentinian artist Daiana Ruiz creates pleasing illustrations of women with a combination of figurative and abstract elements. Her art features women of all shapes and sizes and can be understood as a contemporary interpretation of Greek goddesses.

“I have always been aware of the lack of representation of real women in the media”, Ruiz says. “That’s why I would like to represent us as we are, with different body types. For me, a strong woman is a free woman, and I like to represent that concept.”
