]]>“It all started with a happy accident,” admitted Zakariya in an interview with Vogue. “I was trying to garnish my soup with coconut cream swirls, but it didn’t turn out as planned, so I added some pesto and created a tree.”
As a base for her work, she uses breakfast smoothies made from cream, milk, fruits, and berries, while the paintings themselves are created with coconut cream, almond milk, spices, herbs, and vegetable powders.
“I love getting into creative projects in my spare time,” added Zakariya. “It’s a great mindfulness practice and a way of expressing myself, challenging my skills, and creating something that is unique.”

“I’ve fallen in love with food photography a few years ago. Love has always been one of my obsessions and I’ve decided to merge these two”, the photographer wrote on Bored Panda.
“Food and love both make us happy and I want to show people that food is not your enemy. Healthy food can look amazing and taste delicious. Eating healthy is a form of self-love, people should do it more often.”

]]>“As for many things, the idea of Kitchen suspension Project came to me by chance, for reasons of time, family, needs, the kitchen is the area that I live the most,” Mattucci says. “I thought about talking of a physical place, in a simple way, and making its basic daily purpose, a set. But not a set where you cook, but where things that inhabit it, have a life of their own, almost as if they took a place of their own, a place of entertainment, of course.”
He goes on to say, ”Obviously, to create these images, there‘s a great amount of post-production. Every photograph has a different process behind it that, first of all, depends on the subject. What I can say is that every object that you see floating was captured in the exact spot it was.”
His images are truly magnificent!
