Last summer, he won the 100 and finished second place in the 200 in his age group at the AAU championships. He was won a total of 36 medals including 20 golds in the past two Amateur Athletic Union national championship events.

Blaze started training for track when he was just four years old and his skills don’t stop on the track field. The young athlete also uses his speed on the football field. At just six years old, the kid played running back and safety for the Tampa Ravens in a league for older boys.

“I work hard at practice to set the bar high for my teammates. I want to show them we need to give it all we’ve got. If they don’t know how to do something, I show them how to do it,” Blaze said in an interview with Youth 1 in 2017. “I always tell them ‘You practice how you play.”

The Tampa native explained how his two passions complement each other. “Track increases my speed, body control and running form and the training prepares me for football,” he shared. “Football keeps me active for track and being able to show off my track speed.”

In the knockout phase of the World Cup, we could always expect an exciting match if the French team was playing. That passion for the game which the French team showed on the field has brought the biggest result for one national team – a golden goddess.

But as much as we could look at the work of art on the field, Yann Dalon, a French illustrator, made sure that we are able to see an artistic expression of the football fever and euphoria. Dalon has made a series of illustrations of French national team players.

In these illustrations, you can really see a unique passionate expression of each player while doing what he knows and likes the best – playing football.

It really isn’t an easy job to catch that unique expression with pens and colors, but Yann is a marvelous illustrator. Dalon had his own triumphs during this World Cup as he was given a task to do the decoration of the Russian Hotel in Istra.

Namely, Yalon did 23 compositions to decorate the bedroom doors of each player, also he did 4 compositions for the coach Didier Deschamps and the staff, and 2 big wall murals. Good job, Yalon!
