]]> Food presentation is a kind of art that requires a lot of skill because mixing the right ingredients in the right amount to hit the perfect taste is far from easy. But some professionals are taking food preparation and presentation to the next level by creating the most amazing food sculptures and decorations that you’d feel sorry to eat.  

Matteo Stuchi is a food artist based in Monza, Italy, who makes the most lovely cakes and pastries that we’ve ever seen! His creations look mouthwateringly tasty, but also very arty in the most creative way. He is capable of turning regular cakes into miniature scenes of life, featuring tiny figurines placed to appear as if they’re doing construction works on ice-cream, or surfing on caramel glaze.   

Stuchi has a wild and playful imagination and he uses it to create the most amazing edible products that always tell a story. He posts his work on Instagram, where a supportive community of 230k followers admires his art.

]]> Matteo Stucchi is an Italian professional confectioner who loves to capture the activities of miniature people living in a world of pastry. Using tiny models of people, trucks, boats, and other miniatures placed in life-sized pastries, he creates a fantasy world, giving the classic desserts a new perspective.

Stucchi believes that food art is as important as its flavor. He has been a pastry chef for 25 years and he continues to create and recreate imaginary situations in his baking creations, making each yummy piece of dessert a unique and fun experience.
