]]> Sometimes teachers are ready to go to great lengths in order to motivate their students, and Japanese art teacher Naohiko is the best example of that. Naohiko decided to inspire his class to take part in the school’s annual sports day by drawing popular characters from manga and anime series on the blackboard and pairing them with motivational quotes.

The teacher stayed after hours to create this chalkboard art, with each character, from Attack on Titan’s Eren to My Hero Academi’s Izuku Midoriya sending a message to a team participating in a particular sport.

In the end, Naohiko’s fantastic chalkboard art did the trick, since his students came second during the annual sports day.
