Mosaic theory tidbit: usually, there is a line that traces the perimeter of the main subject. This technique is called Opus Vermiculatum (because it worms around the edges). Sometimes, like in this case, there are two (or more) rows of this type of tiling

Salem, Mass, was where the infamous Salem Witch Trials happened in the late 1600s. I have yet to go there for Halloween, but I heard they go all out
