Artist Creates Heartwarming Comics To Raise Mental Health Awareness

Jang and Fox, an Instagram account run by an artist named Jang, features comics that inspire people to love and care for themselves. Jang wants people to view taking care of mental health as just like brushing your teeth.

“Self-care and self-love shouldn’t be something we constantly feel guilty about. I first created the little fox and furry friends as my companion to remind and encourage myself. Little did I expect that more and more people found their comics uplifting and resonating” Jang shared with Bored Panda.

Jang has gathered a following of almost 130 thousand followers.

So when @afspnational first spoke to me about the Mental Health Awareness month and encouraging #realconvo , the first thing that came to my mind was not just how to start a convo, but also how can we use less “Sorry, I wasn’t listening.”
