]]> Could this 111-year old woman have the secret to a long life? Grace Jones spent the past 58 years enjoying a shot of Scotch whiskey every night before bed. She even gives this unusual routine all the credit for not only her longevity, but also the fact her mind is still sharp.

Jones is unusually active for her age. She celebrated her 111th birthday with a two-day party. When her daughter Deidre McCarthy (79) asked her how she was, she said “Full of beans”.

Deidre spoke about her mother for Inside Edition: “She always looks nice no matter when you go over. She loves beautiful things.”

Jones has always loved fashion. She was making hats and other accessories before she got married. Another thing we can learn from her is to stop worrying. “Worry doesn’t do you any good at all,’’ McCarthy told Inside Edition.
