]]>The London-based artist has always been inspired by the animal kingdom, more specifically by the shape and sculptural forms of animals. To create the 3D masterpieces, she uses wire and other materials, which eases her process and allows her to add changes whenever she feels they are needed.
“I increasingly use recycled and discarded materials as I enjoy the challenge of transforming something with a past history into something new and exciting,” she wrote on her website and added that her steampunk sculptures are, mostly, done to private commissions.
Sculptures of birds, dogs, cats, zebras, and horses are just some of the art pieces Franc has showcased in her Instagram gallery. In one of her posts, she also mentions that her Bisto the Badger sculpture was seen by Queen guitarist Brian May himself.

]]>“You can do it too. Maybe we save the world,” Peter shared on his Instagram account. His trash picking project started two years ago.
“It’s one of the easiest, brainless, physically-demanding-less, things a single person can do to help the environment,” he shared on Bored Panda. “And if a thousand people start doing it, a hundred thousand, a million, a hundred million… we could make a really big change really quickly by doing the simplest of tasks.”
In just a couple of days, Peter reached over one thousand followers on his Instagram profile. Every photo includes a short message, explaining how easy it was for him to pick up the trash.
