But for boss-lady, Reid, a nail salon wasn’t just a place where you get your nails done. It was, much, much more than that, providing a meeting place for women, a social gathering, a sense of community.

The owner Peggy Porschen wanted to make a shop like this for a long time and finally did it in 2003. She turned her passion for baking and design into a place that gathers people from all over the world.
