]]>52-year-old Shupliak was a student of architecture, but painting has always been his first love. Nevertheless, as an architecture student, he mastered a technique of positioning images within other images and thus creating mind-bending paintings.
His works of art are made of so many layers – some of them are obvious at the first sight, but others you’ll have to look for quite some time. The artist carefully placed objects in his paintings for you to find, so don’t be confused when you take a look at them – he intentionally did all of that.
In his remarkable oil paintings, you’ll recognize some familiar and famous faces of John Lennon, Pablo Picasso, Sigmund Freud, Charles Darwin, Paul Gauguin, Zeus, Vincent van Gogh and William Shakespeare.

The painting shows Christmas Day with a hidden portrait of the writer – Bohdan Lepky, a Ukrainian poet who lived, studied and then worked as a teacher in Berezhany. I’m a proud inhabitant of this city. In Berezhany is the Museum of Bohdan Lepky, where you can see exactly this painting

]]>Mirjana can make herself invisible, tie her stomach in knots or even reveal her own “skeleton”. All of these illusions are not a product of some magic trick. These illusions are just an incredible show off of make – up powers. Mirjana Kika Milosevic refers to herself as a “skin illusionist”.
Her You Tube videos became very popular and many people find Mirjana’s work quite fascinating. Over the time, the videos have garnered more than 56 million views. Mirjana is at the very beginning of her popularity, so we can expect many more views and public approvals of her work.
According to Mirjana, the process of creating an illusion is not an easy one. She needs one day to relax, listen to some music and get inspired. After she gets in the creative mood, there is still a whole lot of things to be done in order to create an illusion. First, Mirjana needs to prepare her table and makeup and it’s not as easy as it sounds. After that, she needs to set up three mirrors and then comes the toughest and funniest part which is painting itself.
Depending on the complexity of an idea, the painting process can last from two to nine hours. In the end, every hour was worthwhile, and the proof of that are the astonishing results of Mirjana’s artistic effort.
