In order to make the choice easier for his riders, one Uber driver decided to create a unique “rider menu”. The photo of the menu was recently shared on Reddit by user u/internetboyyn and ended up amazing on the internet.

At the top of the menu, the driver introduces himself as Guy and prompts the riders to wear a seatbelt while notifying them that he has a charger for any type of phone in case they are low on battery. Next, he lists all the menu options.

The riders who take an Uber ride with Guy can opt to ignore the menu and “sit in silence”, skip the small talk and talk about “big stuff”, or simply share something that is on their mind. Additionally, there are options to “rock it out” to a variety of XM Radio stations, learn something about Guy, or simply get recommendations on restaurants and accommodations.

The “rider menu” earned praise from other Reddit users, who thought that the idea was genius.

“Damn I love this. This guy is fun,” one user wrote.

“lol. I’d find excuses to ride in this uber,” another added.

In the clip, a man named Dylan can be seen sharing an unexpected discovery in a closet his family has been using as a pantry. He explains that he discovered a drawer in the closet the night prior and that he is unsure whether to check it out because his wife told him “to leave it alone”.

The video ended up getting more than 14 million views, with TikTok users recommending that Dylan not investigate further.

“Idk I think your wife is onto something. This sounds like the beginning of every scary movie,” one user wrote.

“Nah leave it alone,” another added.

But despite the warning from his wife and the internet, Dylan still decided to check out the contents of the drawer. As it turned out, there was nothing sinister in it.

Dylan later uploaded a follow-up video that showed that the drawer had a shoe-shining kit inside. The previous owners probably used the space as a shoe or coat closet and found a great way to keep the shining kit out of sight.

Boy told Bundy that he had “a bad day” at school due to “tons of homework” from math. Instead of hanging up, however, the dispatcher decided to help the kid with his troubles and assists him with math homework.     

“He didn’t sound like he was in good spirits,” said Bundy. “That in itself, that’s what we’re trained to do. We’re trained to help people in their worst time.”

Bundy didn’t manage to find out the boy’s identity,  but she told ABC News that this was the first time she receives this kind of call.

“Him just needing help with that math problem was his emergency at that time,” – she added. “I always loved math in school so the fact that he called in, and I was able to assist him in a problem that I had myself when I was in fifth grade, just took me back down memory lane.”

After seeing a cardboard costume from movie District 9 online, Cattell decided he could do something similar. With the help of animation software, he created a 2D costume of Chorizo from video game series Metroid, transferred it to cardboard and then hand painted it.

His Chorizo costume received positive feedback, so he continued to create similar costumes, showing people that you can be an effective and unique cosplayer without having to spend much money.
