The post Artist Draws Undiscovered Cat Tribes That are Inspired By a Dream He Had appeared first on TettyBetty.
]]>Strazdauskas’ works show cats as different kinds of beasts compared to the traditional ways people perceive them. These cats have an imposing presence, dressed in robes and warrior clothes, with trophies taken from their enemies dangling from their necks and paws.
“I had a chance to watch this unique cats community very close – having learned about their everyday life, hunting characteristics and communication peculiarities, I have concluded that in their interior and behavior they are very similar to our cats – witty, highly curious and always looking for some adventure,” the artist shares.
After presenting the first tribe, Miiauji, Strazdauskas decided to add two more tribes to this intriguing world; Murr-guji and Muri-cati. Each one of these tribes has its own distinct origins, features, and way of life. The thing that connects them is their mystic component that Strazdauskas manages to capture with his detailed drawings.

]]>Shulyak has been working with wool, using both dry and wet felting techniques for more than a decade now. It all began when she received a set of colored wool as a New Year’s gift from her friends. She decided to give felting a go and immediately liked it.
According to Shulyak, one of the reasons she enjoys expressing her creativity with wool is the endless possibilities that the material offers. Another was the reactions of people when they met her felted creations.
“I saw a childish resounding happiness in an adult holding in his hands what I had done,” Shulyak explains on her website. “Until now, it touches me, causes surprise and peace.”
The artist also shares that the inspiration for her felted creatures comes from the beautiful nature in her current home of Sakartvello, Georgia.
“At every turn, bizarre plants lie in wait for me, which inspire me to create new funny woolen babies,” she adds.

]]>In the clip, a man named Dylan can be seen sharing an unexpected discovery in a closet his family has been using as a pantry. He explains that he discovered a drawer in the closet the night prior and that he is unsure whether to check it out because his wife told him “to leave it alone”.
The video ended up getting more than 14 million views, with TikTok users recommending that Dylan not investigate further.
“Idk I think your wife is onto something. This sounds like the beginning of every scary movie,” one user wrote.
“Nah leave it alone,” another added.
But despite the warning from his wife and the internet, Dylan still decided to check out the contents of the drawer. As it turned out, there was nothing sinister in it.
Dylan later uploaded a follow-up video that showed that the drawer had a shoe-shining kit inside. The previous owners probably used the space as a shoe or coat closet and found a great way to keep the shining kit out of sight.

]]>Holcombe started trending on social media earlier this year after he posted a video in which he turned an Aladdin sleeping bag into a puffer jacket. His creation has a cool retro vibe and is so well-crafted that you could never tell the jacket was once a sleeping bag.
Holcombe decided to venture into the business of making clothes out of vintage, mostly pop culture-themed, sleeping bags and other items after he noticed his friends loved creations and wanted to own them. He decided to have a one-month test run and discovered that he earned more money by selling his fashion pieces than he did working at his previous job.
Holcombe started a company called Rye Dylan Reworks, which has been growing strong ever since.
According to Holcombe, he finds the material for his business by visiting thrift stores and picking up sleeping bags, blankets, towels, and more. He focuses on items decorated with pop culture motifs ranging from Disney movies and Marvel superheroes to video games and anime. ]]>Needle Wig Comics aren’t about anything in particular. Instead, they are about everything, covering a wide range of both common and unusual subjects while featuring a lineup of ever-changing characters that happened to find themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time or the other way around.
“I pick a topic that interests me, then I try to look at it from different angles and after I pick one that makes me laugh the most I start a sketch phase,” Tamosiunas shared in a recent chat with Bored Panda.
Tamosiunas puts a lot of time and effort into his comics to make them look as great and be as funny as they are. The artist sometimes spends up to 10 hours in order to make a single comic. But judging by the ever-growing following on Instagram, where Needle Wig Comics have more than 23K followers, his effort is more than paying off.

]]>Felissimo recently presented a line of sunfish-shaped products, including a sunfish pillow, sunfish pouch, and arguably the coolest of them all, a sunfish sweater.
The sunfish sweater is designed to mimic the shape and look of a sunfish with fins on the sleeves and a neckline that serves as the fish’s mouth. According to Felissimo, putting it on makes you feel “as if a sunfish ate you”.
“It’s made of smooth, elastic material and feels perfect,” Felissimo shared in the caption of an Instagram post that detailed the release.
However, the pillow and the pouch are also quite interesting. The pillow is the size of a real ocean fish and looks quite cuddly. The pouch, on the other hand, allows you to bring some cuteness anywhere you go while also having storage for smaller items you need.
Unfortunately for the rest of the world, these ocean sunfish products are only available in Japan at the moment. But hey, at least we got another great reason to travel to Japan.

]]>Sanghe originally started carving chalk as a way to pass the time and satisfy his artistic impulse. He would make simple shapes or carve friends’ names as gifts. But after a while, he wanted to challenge himself with a more complex project that included craving human faces or making sculptures by combining several chalks.
Through the years, Sanghe became so skillful at chalk carving that he could capture the Statue of Liberty or Tom and Jerry in the slightest of details.
What makes Sanghe’s works even more impressive is that he doesn’t use any special tools like magnifying glasses. He does it all with the naked eye, even if it takes him between six and eight hours to finish a single piece. And it appears that he never has a problem with finding inspiration.
“I’m self-inspired,” he shared in a recent interview. “My last artwork will inspire me to do my next with much more precision and perfection.”

]]>Guzman started her journey as a ceramic artist back in 2016 when she decided to try her luck in the pottery business and establish a studio in her apartment. She worked on her skills while also looking for ways to get people interested in her products. As it turned out, the latter wasn’t all that tough as Guzman was natural and her small-batch releases would quickly sell out.
As her business grew, Guzman was also growing as an artist. She started experimenting with various designs and at one point found herself focusing on the handles of her ceramic pieces. This led to the creation of exciting new collections that featured organic shapes with whimsical handles.
These collections brought Guzman more exposure and even caught the attention of interior designers for Showtime’s variety series Ziwe. They contacted her and this led to one of her pieces even making the set of the show. This inspired her to continue working even harder and she currently has several new projects lined up.
