Instagram influencers come in all shapes and sizes. For Tara Whiteman (aka Tara Milk Tea), Instagram is a pastel-hued universe, filled with flowers, cake, and wanderlust.
Describing her style as “playful, vibrant and chill all in one”, Whiteman’s eye for color and style has attracted some 1.3 million followers to date. “It’s not just about capturing the scene,” explained the young entrepreneur in an interview with Buro Malaysia, “it’s beyond that. It’s about transporting people to different places and seeing things in a different light. I also love to experiment.”
Her content spans from lifestyle and fashion to travel, while her followers are invited to join in on her beautifully curated adventures to anywhere from Japan to the Maldives.
With an honors degree in Design from The University of New South Wales, Whiteman has pursued entrepreneurial roles and chased what she loves doing from a young age. With beauty (and sparkles and stars), right at the palm of her hand, she hopes to inspire others to take a leap of faith and live life to the fullest.
