What If Current Celebs and Characters Existed in the Victorian Era

    Sascha Vievers is a German artist who has been into drawing since he was a little boy. In one of his projects, the Berlin-based illustrator and graphic designer came up with an idea to draw famous people and comic characters wearing outfits from the Victorian era.

    In addition to this project, he also made a series called Who wore this outfit? where his followers have to guess the person behind the illustration.

    Queen Elizabeth, Lady Gaga and Frida Kahlo, are just some of the celebrities Vievers imagined as persons from the Victorian era.

    “I grew up with all the fantastic films of Walt Disney and Don Bluth that inspire me to this day,” the artist shared on his personal website. “I have adopted a historical-romantic charisma in my drawing style.”
