Gilbert Legrand is a Paris-born, Toulouse-based artist who can spy characters or faces in everyday objects that surround him. With a sprinkle of imagination and a little bit of retouch, a fly becomes an airplane, a paintbrush is turned into a mangled fox, and a pen cap is transformed into a cat.

Legrand who is also an illustrator and author of children’s books loves to share his work on his social media accounts, mostly on Facebook where he has gained an audience of over 10k followers. The artist recently opened an Instagram profile as well where he began posting his modified artworks.
