It all began when Kosko wanted to surprise one of her friends with a unique gift. She decided to take a Stanley cup and gave it a rhinestone transformation. Her friend was thrilled with the gift, and Kosko fell in love with this unusual project.
Since then, Kosko has been decorating Stanley cups and posting the results on TikTok. This brought her a significant following on social media while also prompting other TikTokers to reach out and say they want to own one.

]]>The collection consists of a Now Generation 2 camera model covered with motifs from Basquiat’s iconic painting Boy and Dog in a Johnnypump as well as Basquiat Edition i-Type film and shoulder strap. The film packs are designed in 10 unique frames, each featuring a different artwork by the late artist, while the shoulder strap is adorned with artworks Untitled (Crown) and World Famous Vol. 1 Thesis.
According to Polaroid, each camera is hydro-dipped, ensuring that no two models are the same.
“Jean-Michel Basquiat pulled inspiration from everywhere, knowing that when you lead with instinct, creativity will follow, “Polaroid wrote on Instagram, introducing the camera. “We’re bringing the improvisational spark behind his extraordinary art to life with this collection.”
Basquiat Edition collection is available on Polaroid’s official website. Currently, the bundle containing all three items is listed as sold out, as are the shoulder straps. You can still get the camera for $156.99, while the triple pack of film costs $54.99.

]]>The item was donated to a Goodwill store in Du Bois, Pennsylvania in February as part of a jewelry collection. Initially, the store listed it for $14.95 on its online shop but quickly realized its mistake when a flurry of offers started coming in.
After further research, the staff discovered the LEGO piece was actually a limited-edition Kanohi Hau mask, made out of 14-karat gold, from the discontinued line of LEGO toys called Bionicle. The piece was released in 2001 as part of a giveaway campaign, and only 30 of them are in existence.
Upon finding out the real value of the item, Goodwill placed it on auction, which attracted a bid of $33,000. However, the highest bidder was unable to complete the purchase, and it went to another bidder, who offered $18,101. The funds collected from the sale will now go to support Goodwill’s mission of providing “job training, employment placement services, and other community-based programs for people who face barriers in their employment.”
Bionicle was a line of construction toys that featured an original story that was told through book series, video games, and animated movies. The toys were produced between 2001 and 2010 before being discontinued despite a large popularity. LEGO later rebooted Bionicle in 2015 and 2023.
In the world of Bionicle, the Kanohi Hau mask is an item that protects wearers from all attacks they “are aware of but not from attacks that come from ambush or mental powers.”

According to Carrera, these intriguing designs have been created with the help of an artificial intelligence program Midjourney. They were a result of the artist’s wish to check out a new creative tool and see its capabilities.
“The fruity armchairs are made with AI midjourney,” Carrera shared with DeMilked in a recent chat. “I just played around with this new tool – no big story behind this collection to tell.”
Bonny Carrera is a 3D artist based in Berlin, Germany. He has several other interesting collaborations with AI, including chairs inspired by eggs, fashion designs based on food, and tables in organic forms.

The first collection revolves around literary classics written between the 17th century and early 20th century, like Miguel de Cervantes’s Don Quixote, Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, and War and Peace by Tolstoy.
The second collection contains stamps inspired by modern books like Catch-22 by Joseph Heller, A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess, and Gabriel García Márquez’s One Hundred Years of Solitude.
The music stamps have six collections, including two volumes of Alternative music albums. The first volume covers the period from 1984 to 1999 and includes Pixies’ Doolittle, Pulp’s Different Class, and Nirvana’s Nevermind.
The second volume covers the period from 2000 to 2018 and has stamps inspired by The Strokes’ Is This It, The White Stripes’ Elephant, and The National’s Alligator.
Four remaining music collections are dedicated to albums from music acts in the Electronic, Psychedelic, Post-Rock, and Post-Punk genre.

“To love glass, you must learn to know it, know its thousand alchemies, study its history and the art of glass great masters, and finally, relate to the skilled artisans like “perlere” and “impiraresse,” she explains on her website.
Fieniels discovered her passion for glass and glassmaking when she moved to Venice a few years ago. Designer by trade, she decided to use her expertise in fashion and style to breathe new life into glass lamp-making and approach the process as an artist. This resulted in one-of-a-kind pieces that are more appreciated for their decorative purpose rather than their original intention.

]]>Her artistic journey began when she was only seven years old. It was then that her father had built her a dollhouse, which was her favorite toy to play with. Not only that, she was so passionate about crafting that she started careers in interior design and fashion.
However, soon she realized that her design flame had turned into a mere flicker and that what she actually loved was working with her hands.
“Within days of this realization, a dear friend gifted me her distressed and abandoned childhood dollhouse… and let’s just say I was immediately inspired. I decided to renovate this gifted dollhouse as a design piece for my office, and I got lost in creativity,” she said in a statement.
She currently works in 1:12 scale, making all sorts of miniatures, including Amazon boxes, beds, tables, ice cream, and fancy drinks.
“There are no big mistakes, and the design possibilities are endless! I’m loving learning and growing in my craft every day. In fact, I’m collaborating with and celebrating other artists as we create and redefine our world together,” she added.

]]>In 2020 she made 113 creations, from fluffy princess dresses to outfits inspired by the Harry Potter houses. The Rodeo, Nevada-based Hambly explains that she usually needs around a couple of days to two weeks to complete each dress. However, in the past, she also worked on pieces that took up to months to finish.
She starts her designs by searching for inspiration, and then when she figures out what her next creation will be and which material she should use, she sketches out the design. And when the dress is done, she photographs it and then rents them out for fellow photographers to use it.
“A dress can cost anywhere from $2—I made one from a shower curtain I got at a thrift store—to thousands of dollars for special dresses from fabrics like fiber optics,” Hably told in an interview for Bored Panda.
She also added that she focuses on the smallest details and that each of her creations is unique.
