Being a skilled and talented digital artist is not enough anymore. You need to have a unique idea if you want to gain public attention. Russian freelance digital artist, Aleksei Vinogradov, knows this, and he created an amazing series of digital artwork called “Famous characters and their pets”.
Vinogradov used his exquisite use of the brush stroke to create eight portraits of famous pop-art characters, most of them are strong female characters, with their tiny pets. He said that his inspiration comes from music, movies, and emotion and you can see it in his paintings.
This young Russian artist studied Costume Design at Saint Petersburg Art and Industry Academy. He creates most of his artwork with the Procreate app and his tablet and uploads it to Instagram, where he inspires more than 121k followers. Moreover, he created his own unique brushes for digital painting that other people can use.
