Johana Kroft Seeks Creates Adorable Dog Illustrations

Johana Kroft is a Czech illustrator and designer currently based in London. She creates minimalistic illustrations inspired by her dog, who she met a couple of years ago.

“She is an extra special dog a mixed breed of Parson Russell, sausage dog and maybe Whippet. I met her a few years ago, and I started to draw her character since then,” the artist shared with Bored Panda. “Sometimes just on the paper and from time to time like a digital illustration. When I started working in the 3D, she was the first thing what I tried to make. And after one year I’ve got the whole story.”

Along with her illustrations she creates motion design videos, as well, and all her work is both elegant and poetic. During her career she has worked with clients and studios, like DDB adam&eve, Vice, Fremantle, BBC One, Vccp, The Team, Coco&Eve, Ogilvy, Mosaic films, Unit9, Audio Network, Gravity & Nexus, Google and Nike.
