Vinyl records are making a comeback in more ways than one. While more people are using this medium to listen to music, others, like artist Melissa Jane, are using it to make art. In Jane’s case, she is using old vinyl records as a canvas, drawing celebrity portraits on them.
Jane began with this project seven years ago, and she featured numerous celebrities in her works, from David Bowie to Marylyn Monroe. She is now hoping to turn it into a full-time career.
