Artist Creates Photo Manipulations Inspired By Popular Idioms

Tara Lesher graduated college with education degree but discovered that her passion in life was in arts, particularly photography.

Now, she’s a fine art and creative photographer specializing in children’s creative portraits, while mentoring and teaching others about her field.

In her new series called, “Idioms,” she incorporated the two things she loves – teaching and photography. With this project, she was able to teach her children (who tend to take every word adults say literally) all about idioms and their concealed meanings.
