When Nigeria-based artist Eli Waduba shared his amazing portrait of Kevin Hart on Twitter, he didn’t expect he would get an incredible offer from the actor himself.
Waduba created a hyperrealistic pencil drawing of his favorite comedian, hoping that Hart would be able to see it. The portrait soon became viral and after thousands of retweets later, he got his wish and received more than that.
To his surprise, a greatly impressed Hart not just responded to his tweet with appreciation but also offers to buy his drawing and requested for new portraits for his friends. “I see it and I want to purchase it…I also want to support you and your amazing talent by giving you a fee to do a pencil drawing of 3 of my celebrity friends that I can gift it to. DM your info and let’s get to work!” Hart tweeted.
Waduba has now started working on the comedian’s commissions. “”I hoped he [Hart] would see it and actually believed he would see it someday,” he told CNN. “But I did not know it would happen so fast. It has been so overwhelming and words cannot describe it.”
