Call to connect to people. Don't text. It might be intimidating for some but it should not be a problem with close ones. Simple question like "how's your day" would do because you haven't been seeing each other for x amount of time period and not sure what happened, what he/she has seen.. it's one of the simplest form to care about the people around you. Home cooked meal is the best! They're cheaper and healthier than eating out coz you can control what you put in. I like cooking. It feels therapeutical. Sometimes, I have to plan in my head which ingredient to put in and cook what dish in which order that will save the most time. It does require a bit of motivation tho. Sometimes, I do feel lazy.
