Frédéric Müller Turns Vintage Cars Into Wild Animals

All artists have the same mission – to create something unique and inspiring, something that no one else has thought of before. Only then, you can truly become an artist.

If this is true, Frédéric Müller has nothing to worry about, because he managed to create something completely amazing. Müller is a young Swiss digital artist who used his expertise in 3D art to transform classic cars into wild animals. Well, not literally, of course.

The Rides of the Wild series is a collection of eight works, 3D images, in which Müller redesigned vintage cars to look like wild animals.

“I want to create pieces that viewers can lose themselves in, look at for longer than just a couple seconds, and jump-start their own imaginations”, the artist explained. “I am always looking to create something that is a bit special, that hasn’t been thought of before, or that has a special vibe to it.”

The collection depicts four classic cars – an Aston Martin DB5 from 1963, a Ford F-250, a 1977 Fiat 600S and a 1968 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. Once Müller worked his magic, you could see a car looking like a lion, a hippo, panda bear and an alligator

“I loved (and still do love) the fact that you can express your creativity/ideas with little to no budget, except the time and effort you are willing to put into it”, Müller said.
