Japanese Artist Draws Super Mario Stop Motion in a Notebook

Raise a hand if you played Super Mario when you were little! This legendary Nintendo video game has been an inspiration for artists ever since it came out 34 years ago.

Japanese artist who goes by the name KisaragHutae6 created this incredible stop motion paper animation of the classic Super Mario Bros world 1-1. He drew it in his notebook and recorded it at the rate of 30fps. For a 50-second video, that’s 1,500 frames!
