The YouTube channel of American food and entertaining magazine Bon Appétit offers a variety of food videos, from kitchen tips and recipes to interesting experiments with food. This time, their resident chef Claire decided to make a gourmet version of one of America’s favorite snacks, Hostess’ Sno Balls.
For those of you who are not familiar with the snack, Sno Balls are cream-filled chocolate cakes which are covered with marshmallow coating and flakes of coconut.
Although it looked complicated at first, Claire didn’t have much trouble making a tastier, home-made version of this tasty junk food due to its simple construction. And the best thing of all is that you can do it by yourself with her recipe.
