New York-based artist, illustrator, and author Jennifer Orkin Lewis can find inspiration for her work pretty much everywhere. “I may see a story in the newspaper or magazine that interests me. On a walk, I may see some cute little critters or a person that is dressed in a striking way. A garden is always inspiring,” she said in an interview.
Her art is quirky and beautiful. She usually starts with a pencil sketch before diving in with paint. As we can clearly see, adding colors is what she enjoys the most.
