It was designed by Jean-Luc Decluzeau, an artisan chocolatier. The cottage is 18 square meters large, and it is equipped with 1.5 million tons of sweet chocolate. Yes, all the cups, to the roof and the walls are made of chocolate. Even the books are chocolate.
