This Artist Created a Beautiful Cello Cover of “Game of Thrones” Song

It seems that fans of “Game of Thrones” can’t get enough of the show. The artists among them are creating some beautiful pieces of art inspired by the fantasy world of Westeros.

An artist who stands behind the YouTube channel Cellofrag published a cover of “Game of Thrones” song “Rains of Castamere” just in time for the last season. The composition has eight different parts and is played on 13 cellos.

“I mixed the 2 soundtracks ‘Rains of Castamere’ & ‘A Lannister Always Pays His Debts’, starting with the deep theme from Rains of Castamere on a Solo Cello, & then after 20 seconds all the cello comes to use the Lannister Theme”, he wrote on Reddit.

The best part of this story is that this guy claims he’s not even a professional musician. He’s an amateur who loves playing the cello and recording videos in his free time.
