Italian photographer Gabriele Galimberti has been traveling around the world for two years, capturing children with their toys in more than fifty countries.
“I recorded the spontaneous and natural joy that unites kids despite their diverse backgrounds,” Galimberti shares. “Whether the child owns a veritable fleet of miniature cars or a single stuffed monkey, the pride that they have is moving, funny, and thought-provoking.”
Her portraits capture not only the socioeconomic diversity but also unique personalities of every kid in front of the camera. See some of them below.
