His name is Mounir Belmokhtar and he’s a 19-year-old aspiring photographer from Algeria. “Always shoot with what you got” is what Mounir says and we couldn’t agree more. The photos he makes are technically on-point, so Mounir proves that it’s all about talent and practice of the photographer and not so much about what equipment you’re using.
