Southwest Airlines recently treated one of their passengers with an unexpected surprise. A bride-to-be on her bachelorette trip received celebration and marriage advice from fellow passengers.
In a video shared on TikTok by Southwest Airlines social media team, a bride-to-be named Bri can be seen sitting in her seat while a cabin crew member announces that their flight to Austin, Texas, has a “royalty on board”.
After describing Bri as “quite a princess”, the crew member asks “every lady on the plane that is married or has been married” for help. They were instructed to write a “little note of encouragement or a piece of advice” to share with Bri.
“What was something you would like to have known before you became a bride? If you could write that down so that I can pass that off to her, and she can hold on to those for a long time to remember this specific trip,” the crew member added.
Following the announcement, Bri, who was on the brink of tears after the heartwarming surprise, also received the crown and a sash made from bags of snacks.
The fellow passengers gave Bri some great marriage advice including to “keep going on weekly dates,” “always communicate your feelings,” and “find humor + love in all situations”.
