Mothers know that there is something special about first pregnancy. You and the baby have a magical bond for nine months and everyone encourage you to pamper yourself like a princess. Then you find yourself pregnant again and this time, it’s entirely different.

These changes were hilariously illustrated by Weng Chen, an amazing artist and mom from China, currently based in Seattle, USA.

According to her website, she began to appreciate art at a young age. “When I was about 2, 3 years old, my mom drew me a little mermaid and told me the story,” she wrote on her website. “I was fascinated, it was like magic that the most beautiful picture just came from my mom’s pen. I believe that was when I fell in love with drawing and storytelling.”

She loves to draw from comics to video games and her family is the main source of her inspiration. She has two daughters, Electra and Ali. Her latest comics explain the difference between the first pregnancy and the second one and the strips are really funny. Scroll down to see the comical series.
