Illustrator Captures the Moments He Wants to Remember

Leon Lee is a Malaysian-born illustrator and visual development artist, currently working in the animation industry. He is an outdoorsy person, who loves painting and having fun with his best friends. In his work, he enjoys painting landscapes and figures that means something to him.

“I enjoy painting landscapes and figures from my personal experiences that help me remember a certain moment in my life”, Lee shared on Bored Panda. “Inspired by the Californian culture and landscape where I currently reside in, I use watercolor to express myself and capture the things that mean something to me. I am highly intrigued by the subtleties, and beauty of life, as well as all that it has to offer.”

Lee had exhibited in multiple galleries, like the Light Grey Art Lab, Giant Robot Gallery, Cartoon Network Studios Gallery and the Society of Illustrators, but in the same time he also shares his work on his Instagram account.
