Illustrator Reinterprets Pop Culture Icons

Alessandro Pautas is an illustrator and graphic designer based in Turin, Italy whose specialty lies in digital art and mixed media. His passion for drawing was born while he was a little boy; Alessandro discovered an illustration book about The Beatles by Alan Aldridge and that is when he realized that he wanted to become a designer and illustrator.

Also known as Kaneda on social media, the artist in his work reinterpreted pop culture icons.

“My style is characterized by large abstract portraits with a hint of Pop Art,” artist shared on Bored Panda. “I break down the faces in abstract geometric shapes with strong bright colors and trying to reinterpret the colors with my style.”
