Luke Pearson’s “Hilda” is Coming to Netflix This Fall

Graphic novels about Hilda by Luke Pearson have been turned into an animated series that will debut on Netflix this September. The series is produced by Silvergate Media and the animation has been done by Mercury Filmworks.

The description of the show says that Hilda is a “tribute to the vivid imagination of kids”.

The voice of Hilda has been entrusted to young actress Bella Ramsey (Lyanna Mormont from Game of Thrones).

While the original books are still available, Flying Eye Books, the children’s division of Nobrow, is releasing a series of books that are based on the series. The first one, Hilda and the Hidden People will come out in September and will be written by Stephen Davies and are by Seaerra Miller.
