Meet Wolverine, a Cute Australian Koala

Koalas are herbivorous, marsupial animals that are native to Australia. Some of these animal species have grey-colored fur while others are chocolate brown in color. Their offsprings are born immature, and the koala mom carries them in their pouch until the appropriate time.

These animals usually live on eucalyptus trees, the leaves of which have low nutritional value. Aside from having low nutritional value, they also have low-calorie content. Since most of their diet is made up of the eucalypt leaves, they derive little energy from it. Usually they don’t have much energy and as a result, they sleep for as long as 20 hours a day, and are known to be sedentary animals.

In the video below, you see a koala named Wolverine that lives at the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary in Australia. The cute furball is taking a nap while being petted. It’s really very adorable.
