Photographer Turns Models Into Famous Historic Figures

Etienne Clotis is a French photographer whose latest project ICONIC is something really special. With the help of fashion designer Lucie Vervellea and a visual and make-up artist Joris Souris, Etienne turns models into famous historic figures. The ICONIC project started in 2016 and it just kept on getting bigger, with more than 150 historic icons covered so far.

The trio did an amazing job to make their models look like the real deal, that you could easily mistake these photos for some of the historic ones. If you don’t believe us, check out some of the works from the project below.
