California-based artist Spenser Little has perfected the art of making unique wire portraits over the past 15 years. The audience saw his work in many exhibitions around the world as well as on lamp posts, bridges, and other constructions.
What’s typical for Little’s work is that he usually makes the portraits using a single piece of wire which he bends with pliers until he gets the result he wants. The simplicity of the technique makes it even more difficult to do and it’s impressive to see him execute different ideas.
As Little writes on Instagram, “there’s no accounting on taste.” His work ranges from playful portraits to commentaries on today’s society that’s obsessed with the internet and technology. You can see some of his work below and check out his Instagram page for more.
