We love flowers, in all forms and colors. We have seen art made in the form of flowers, especially food art. It isn’t an easy task, but this artist makes it look so simple.
The video below shows Evgenia Ermilova using a soft, but solid material that can be likened to a mold, to form flower-like patterns. The material used in making this art piece is referred to as decorative plaster.
This material contains natural fibers only and can be kept in tightly closed containers. At this condition, it can stay useful for about 2years. When outside this container, it dries up within 1-7 days. When dried, it becomes as strong as stone and does not crack.
This looks like an alternative to making stone sculpture, as it is easier than actual stone carving.
