Japanese Artist Turns Cartoon Into a Series of Mini Sculptures

Millions of kids have spent hours and hours enjoying the adventures of Tom and Jerry. This animated series of short films which was created in 1940 shows the rivalry of Tom, the cat, and Jerry, the mouse.

Tom’s only life goal was to catch Jerry, however, no matter how hard Tom tried to defeat the little rodent, he was always the one who pulled out the thicker end. These undesirable, yet funny scenarios were a source of inspiration for Taku Inoue, a Japanese artist for making her series of mini sculptures.
