Photoshop artist from Toronto, Justin Main, known on Instagram under the name @photified is the owner of a content marketing agency operating under the same name and a free artist whose work you can easily find on the web.
He uses Photoshop and his knowledge of photography to create mind-twisting images. His breath-taking work earned him fame on social media, getting up to 160k followers on Instagram. Many of his pieces are underpinned by metaphysical ideas and ruminations and he says he finds his images speak louder than his voice, which is what makes him feel like he can change the world in a good way through his art.
Main has loved drawing since he was a child, and discovering Photoshop in his adolescence opened up a new portal. His mission is to provoke reactions to the viewers of his art. He uses camera and perspective tricks combined with Photoshop and editing techniques to create illusions. He says that around 75% of his work never gets released, and he works a lot – several hours every single day. Some of the images take 15 minutes to get done, and some take weeks.
