Incredible Food Carvings by Takehiro Kishimoto

Takehiro Kishimoto is a Japanese chef and skilled food carver who has only been carving for over three years. Most of his designs are based on traditional Japanese patterns inspired by Thai fruit carving and the Japanese art of decorative garnishing, called Mukimono.

You can see fruits and vegetables such as cucumber, radish, avocado, and apple, that have been amazingly transformed into patterns with intricate designs. Scroll down to see some of his latest artworks.
