Siew Heng Boon is a Sydney based jelly artist who creates remarkable 3D jelly cakes.
She started her Jelly Alchemy business more than two years ago, but unfortunately, in late 2017 she was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer and had to put her work on hold. However, she didn’t let her sickness discourage her from doing what she loves the bust. On the days when she felt good, she made 3D jelly cakes for her doctors an carers.
Every 3D jelly cake is made of seaweed and natural coloring and can take up to four hours to complete. However, aside from being stunningly beautiful, they are also very tasty; the cakes are infused with flavors like lychee, coconut, peach, rose and many more.
