Geometry Shapes Turn into Minimalistic Illustrations

Santa Monica-based studio Trüf Creative recently presented a series of minimalistic illustrations FAUNA and FLORA which were created by the studio’s founder Adam Goldberg. The illustrations are made out of black and red geometry shapes and line turned into shapes of flowers and animals.

Goldberg says that the inspiration for the pieces came from artists like Joan Miro, Alexander Calder, and Wassily Kandinsky, but also from the clients he collaborated with through the years.

“The simplicity, geometry, and composure that we try to achieve with our branding work rubs off on the artwork,” the artist told Adobe Create Magazine. “I think more in terms of composition and balance more now than I ever have — and that’s because of the branding work.”
