Pancakes should be everyone’s favorite meal. They are delicious, and you can go crazy with the customization adding everything from maple syrup to chocolate chips, fruit or ice cream.
While pancakes look easy to make, the truth is that you actually need some skill to do them right. The proof for that is the latest video by Epicurious.
This food magazine decided to bring in 50 random people and give them a simple task; make a pancake. Epicurious provided them with all the ingredients, and they didn’t even need to make a batter; just cook them.
As it turns out, even this was too much for some people, who produced something that couldn’t be called a pancake or ended up causing a tiny fire. A small number of them completed tasks successfully, with several even getting the shape right.
